Vice President
Shannon Frank Reeves, Sr. is the Executive Director of Alumni Affairs at Grambling State University. As Executive Director he has updated and professionalized the alumni database from 1,880 to 45,400 contact profiles and provided leadership to help develop a new alumni website and alumni app all contributing to a 28% increase in overall alumni giving.

Scotty E. Morman is an accomplished business owner and leader with over 30 years of experience. He quickly discovered his passion for entrepreneurship while attend- ing Spartan School of Aeronautics & Technology, where he was studying to become an Aviation Maintenance Technician. Scotty was born in Louisiana and currently resides in the Oklahoma Metropolitan area where he owns and operates several Limited Liability Corporations in the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing), General Contracting, Construction, Commercial Real Estate, For- est Management and Salon industries.
